We collect only the data strictly necessary to operate our service:

When you subscribe to our newsletter: email address, subscription language (FR or EN), your explicit consents (legal age, terms acceptance, marketing opt-in), IP address and User-Agent at time of subscription — retained as proof of consent under GDPR.

When you send a partnership request on our Partnerships page: your work email address, the version of the consent text you accepted and the date you accepted it. We do not store your IP address or User-Agent for this request.

If we invite you to complete a private partnership application: your work email address (taken from your request), your answers, the public source URLs you provide, the files you upload (logo, screenshots), the messages we send you about the application and the date you confirmed your email. Your private link and sessions are stored only in a non-reversible form. Your IP address is not stored with your application.

When you browse the site: technical data necessary for operation (session, language preference), and anonymized analytics data if you consent (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not collect any sensitive data (health, religion, sexual orientation, political opinions). We do not request any banking information.

Managing a partnership request — Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). The box is unticked by default; we keep the version of the consent text you accepted and the date, as proof. Your email is used only to manage and follow up this request: never for marketing, a newsletter or any other purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@betrank.bet.

Security and fraud prevention — Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR)

Newsletter email: as long as you remain subscribed, deleted within 30 days after unsubscription.

Consent logs (IP, UA): 5 years (legal proof period).

Partnership requests: 90 days from the date of the request, then deleted automatically. Sending the same request again does not extend this period. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time by writing to contact@betrank.bet.

Partnership applications (only if we invite you): an application that has not been submitted is deleted 90 days after your last change to it (an answer or a file). A submitted application, with its files and messages, is deleted 12 months after its last submission. Opening your link, our reminders and our internal review do not extend these periods. The deletion of your partnership request after 90 days does not delete an application in progress, which follows these periods. You can ask us to delete your application earlier at any time by writing to contact@betrank.bet.

Private application links and sessions: deleted at the latest 30 days after they expire or are revoked.

Analytics data: maximum 14 months.

To provide our service, we use third-party processors who may handle your data on our behalf:

Resend Inc. (United States) — delivery of newsletter emails and of partnership application emails.

Google LLC (Ireland) — Google Analytics 4 audience measurement, only if you consent to analytics cookies.

All our processors are bound by contract and provide GDPR-compliant protection guarantees.

Some data may be transferred to non-EU countries (notably the United States for Resend and Google). These transfers are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, ensuring an equivalent level of protection.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

Access to your data • Rectification of inaccurate data • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") • Restriction of processing • Data portability • Objection to processing • Withdrawal of consent at any time.

To exercise your rights, contact us at contact@betrank.bet. We respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your country's data protection authority.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption, restricted access, regular backups, access monitoring. No system being infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

BetRank is strictly reserved for adults (minimum 18 years, or legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you are the parent of a minor who has provided data, please contact us for immediate deletion.

This policy may be modified. Any substantial change will be notified via the site and, if you are subscribed to the newsletter, by email.
