Methodology FAQ

How often is the Trust Score updated?+
Every Trust Score expires after 90 days. We re-evaluate all operators quarterly using the full 200+ point methodology. If significant changes occur mid-cycle (e.g. licence revocation), we issue an immediate re-score.
Can an operator pay for a higher Trust Score?+
Absolutely not. Trust Scores are calculated from verified, objective data. No operator can buy, negotiate, or influence their score. Our editorial process is completely independent from our commercial relationships.
What happens if an operator loses its licence?+
A licence revocation triggers an immediate re-evaluation. The operator’s Bloc A (Licensing & Regulation) score drops to 0, and a warning is displayed on their review page. In most cases this results in a RISKY verdict.
How does the Complaint Modifier work?+
Modifier H analyses verified player complaints over the past 12 months. Operators with very few complaints receive a bonus of up to +5 points, while those with a high complaint volume can lose up to 10 points. Only verified, resolved complaints are counted.
Why do some operators not have an Offer Quality score?+
Offer Quality is scored per vertical (Casino, Sportsbook, Live Casino, Crypto). If an operator does not offer a particular vertical, it is simply excluded from the average. An operator that only runs a sportsbook will be scored on sportsbook quality alone.
